My Story

Long before I became a therapist, I began following a quiet knowing. Looking back, I realize my life's most meaningful decisions have all been rooted in the same belief - that healing is possible, authenticity matters, and our truest path is the one that brings us home to ourselves.

In high school, I watched Meet the Fockers, and something unexpected happened. Barbara Streisand's unconventional therapist character sparked a quiet knowing within me. I remember thinking, "Someday, I'll be that." That feeling never left.

Over the years, I immersed myself in psychology, spirituality, meditation, therapy, and personal growth because I wanted to heal and understand myself. As I continued doing my own inner work, discovered Life Centered Therapy, and eventually pursued my master's degree, I realized I was saying yes to the life I knew I was meant to live.

Today, I wake up genuinely excited to do this work. Becoming a therapist hasn't made me feel more enlightened—it has made me more human. It has taught me that healing begins with authenticity, presence, and the courage to discover our true selves.

Why I Love This Work

This is the first time in my life that I wake up genuinely excited for the day ahead. To me, that's a pretty good indication that I'm exactly where I'm meant to be.

What I love most is guiding people through places they might be afraid to enter alone. It is an incredible privilege to witness someone reconnect with their own inner wisdom, experience meaningful breakthroughs, and realize they are far more capable than they once believed.

I also believe healing doesn't have to be heavy all the time. Some of my favorite moments are when clients laugh, surprise themselves, or discover a new way of seeing their lives. There is something profoundly healing about remembering the lightness of being human.

Outside the therapy room

I'm happiest in life's simple moments: walking through nature, sharing meals with good friends, swimming, dancing, laughing, and enjoying meaningful conversations. I've found that it isn't so much about what we're doing, but who we're with and the connection we share.

I'm endlessly curious about what it means to be human being. I love learning about psychology, spirituality, healing, personality, relationships, and the ways we grow and evolve throughout our lives. Whether I'm listening to an audiobook, attending a workshop, in contemplative prayer , or sitting with a client, I hope to always remain a student of life.

Above all, I strive to live authentically, continue doing my own inner work, and align my life with what I believe God is calling me toward.

Working With Me

One of the greatest compliments I receive is that people feel safe to open up. My hope is that you'll experience our work together as a space where you don't have to perform, have it all figured out, or be anyone other than yourself.

Clients often describe me as calm, intuitive, genuine, and playful. While I take this work seriously, I don't believe we have to take ourselves so seriously. Laughter can be just as healing as insight, reminding us of the lightness that exists alongside life's challenges.

I don't see myself as the expert on your life. My role is to be a guide, holding the lantern, as we bring light to what has been hidden, so you can reconnect with your own wisdom, inner authority, and capacity to heal.

A Foundation for the Work

My work is grounded in both formal clinical training and years of continued study, personal practice, and professional development. While credentials matter, I believe they are most meaningful when paired with genuine presence, curiosity, and a lifelong commitment to growth.

What I Believe

I believe we are all inherently good. Beneath our fears, protective patterns, wounds, and life experiences exists a whole and authentic self that has never been lost, only forgotten.

I believe healing is not about becoming someone new. It is about remembering who we truly are, resolving what has kept us disconnected from ourselves, and creating the freedom to meet life with an open heart.

I believe our greatest gift to the world is our authentic and loving self. When we heal, we don't just change our own lives, we change our relationships, our communities, and the lives of everyone we encounter.

It is a honor and joy to walk alongside another person on their healing journey.
